Hard Dog Hard Core Double Diagonal (HDHCDD) rollbar
Most SoloII drivers agree that a rollbar is just extra weight. That may be, but I like it, it looks cool,
and it may save my life someday. It lets me use my harness at open lapping events too!
Tein HA coilover kit for 99+ Miatas (NB)
JDM Goodies. You can't get the HAs anymore. Nevermind fitting NB parts on the NA Miata. But here's a hint if you
want to do it yourself - everything bolts right up!
Tein pillowball upper shock mounts (NB)
Gives me some extra shock travel in the rear. Maybe someday I'll add them to the front as well. For now, I have
the standard NB tophats up there.
Racing Beat HUGE NB double-adjustable front swaybar
I like NB parts on my NA. This bar only needs a set of adjustable end links to bolt up to an NA.
Stock 11mm (94-97) and 12mm (90-93) rear swaybars
And sometimes, I run with no swaybar at all. Depends on the autocross course.
Flyin' Miata front shock tower brace
This doesn't make the car any faster, but it does get rid of some NVH in around-town driving.
Spherical rod-end swaybar end links (not Moss)
Squeaky, bitchy Spec Miata parts. This will soon be removed in favor of the RB units.
Autocross: Kumho 225/50/15 Ecsta V710 tires on 15x7" Team Dynamics PR1 wheels
SM2 wheels/tires. I don't know if I'll use them for the 2006 CSP season. They look GREAT and stick like glue.
Street: Yokohama ES100s (195/50/15) on 15x6.5" hand-polished Rota Circuit 8 wheels
Decent street tires, beautiful wheels. Gonna have to make a page for them... because 20 hours of hand polishing is an experience
to be shared.
Axxis Ultimates brake pads
Can't beat them for a street/autocross pad. For track days, they're a weak link, but it's easy to change out pads.
Autocross-spec alignment
Close to what the national guys run, but without quite as much toe.
- Stuff that's been removed -
NB hybrid GC suspension
I'm not going into it.
Ebay shock tower brace
Nice little part that was only removed because I got a smokin' deal on the FM bar.
Racing Beat NA swaybars
The front wasn't stiff enough. The rear was too stiff.
KYB AGX shocks
Great for BS and CS autocross action. Removed in favor of the TEINs, which I love.
Stock seatbelt tower brace
Technically illegal to remove for CSP. But it interfered with my harness... I've got a big heavy rollbar in its place.
